Subic Bay. The Sailor's port. The city of Jeepney's, monkey meat, river maidens, and cold San Migoos. We returned to Subic three times during deployment and enjoyed every minute of it. Our many trips over "the river" provided us with the opportunity to mix with the Phillipino people. Many of us held divisional parties out in town. The festive spirit of Olongapo City and the Phillipino people kept our spirits high.
