: I placed orders with all the vendors and found that to be true. Some didn't reply at all, while others took several weeks to do so.
: Rather than refer shipmates to shoddy merchants, I've decided to take the ship's store links offline completely. There are plenty of places to get custom navy clothes done these days, so you shouldn't have any problem finding a vendor.
