Try asking the supply officers aboard some other ships which publishers they used. (For recent cruise books, not older ones) You definitely want to find a company that is already familiar with how to do this, not start from scratch. If you don't have any luck there, check with the admin division in your homeport. They should be able to tell you the companies that other ships in your area have used.
