Karachi, Pakistan was a shopper's delight. We never saw so much onyx, wood, brass, and Persian carpets for sale. For those of us who didn't ride the taxis into the city, there was always a camel available for the trip. We were entertained by whip snappers, snake charmers, and monkeys. Some of us even made it inside a mosque for the first time. We left Karachi with our pockets a bit more empty, but with our spaces filled with our treasures.
